A New Balsamico Vinegar

A new, expensive balsamic vinegar
turns a plain red lollo and leek salad
into a feast for godesses
We had this salad last night
with a Quiche Lorraine

There really is a difference between the good stuff and the, well, less expensive stuff isn't there?
